PRODUCTION DAYS - BUSINESS LOUNGE BOOKING and useful info

With the start of TFI Torino Film Industry incoming, it is important to keep in mind some essential information to make the event more accessible and easy. Here follow some notes regarding the Production Days organized by Film Commission Torino Piemonte.
BUSINESS LOUNGE
The Circolo dei lettori makes available to accredited professionals a Business Lounge, an area with Wi-Fi and free corner café in which it is possible to organize your meetings. It is however necessary to book your spot: you can book through this link.
During the compilation of the form, it is important to specify DAY, HOUR, NUMBER OF PEOPLE (up to a max. of 6) that will take part in the meeting. The max. number of daily slots you can book is 2, with the duration of one hour max. each. The tables can be reserved at the following hours for the start of the meeting:
> 9.30 / 10.30 / 11.30 AM
> 3.00 / 4.00 / 5.00 PM
The meeting request can only be considered as accepted upon arrival of a confirmation e-mail.
HOW TO BOOK THE EVENTS
To take part in the scheduled events, it is necessary/compulsory to BOOK your spot through the dedicated platform, with these steps:
After logging into the platform, enter the "Programme" area of the Production Days. Click on Reserve on site within the single selected event. Please note that adding the event to your calendar using the "add to my calendar" button is not enough to book your seat in the room.
It is advised to book your events as soon as possible, since the number of accredited guests is so high. For the same reason, we ask you to only book events that you actually intend to attend and cancel the bookings you cannot attend anymore, so that everyone is granted a spot in the room.

PICKING UP YOUR ACCREDITATION
We remind you that to access locations and events you will need to pick up your accreditation with the following options:
• At the Circolo dei Lettori (Via Bogino, 9) already available from Wednesday, November 24 (from 2.00 PM to 7.00 PM) and Thursday, November 25 (from 9.30 AM to 7.30 PM)
• At the Museo Nazionale del Risorgimento Italiano (Piazza Carlo Alberto, 8), between Friday 26 and Tuesday 30 of November.
To decrease waiting time during the event we suggest that you, if possible, pick up your accreditation during the days preceding the event.
