Meeting, market, and platform for international co-production that puts on the spotlight new talents and latest trends in cinema and audiovisuals, TFI Torino Film Industry once again takes place in the days of the Torino Film Festival, reaffirming itself as the work & business soul of the historic cinematographic event of the city.
TFI Torino Film Industry is a Film Commission Torino Piemonte project that includes and networks:
TFL ITALIA, organized by the National Museum of Cinema’s TorinoFilmLab (November 24) Section of TorinoFilmLab that connects the emerging Italian producers that take part in Up & Coming Italia and the Italian/French teams of the co-production program Alpi Film Lab, with the TFI public.
PRODUCTION DAYS, organized by the Film Commission Torino Piemonte itself (From November 25 to 27) Three days of program offered by Film Commission Torino Piemonte. Networking events, workshops, and one-to-one meetings among Piedmontese professionals and international players.
TSFM Vol. 7 - TALENTS AND SHORT FILM MARKET (From November 27 to 30 in presence – from December 1 to 4 online) Formerly known as Torino Short Film Market, TSFM vol.7 is the main market in Italy focused on the short film, with participants from over 90 countries.
An entire week of panels, workshops, masterclasses, pitch sessions, and one-to-one meetings that will be offered to the target audience of the three partner events, and that professionals, operators, and decision makers of the cinema and audiovisual industry will be able to access with a single accreditation.
TFI Torino Film Industry offers to its audience a wide and diverse offer of activities with international relevance dedicated to audiovisual professionals, with a particular attention to new talents and new cinema, engaging the whole branch and going from short films to documentaries, from first and second feature films to the most innovative TV series.
It is an initiative that grows constantly: since 2018, every year it registered an increase in events and participation, and in its double 2021 edition (in presence and then online) it strongly reaffirmed its identity as a market of reference for independent cinema.
A fifth edition that will take place in Turin from the 24th to the 30th of November, realized in close collaboration with the Torino Film Festival and the National Museum of Cinema, promoted by Regione Piemonte and the City of Turin and again made possible thanks to the support of the Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo.
